June 17, 2010 at 2:24 PMKristi -- They don't change diapers, but they will keep the children entertained for quite a while. I think Prince Charming and I were actually able to have an uninterrupted conversation while the princess played "I got your tail. giggle giggle giggle." Welcome to my following world!

June 20, 2010 at 12:34 PMI love it! I was wishing we could borrow a goat this week to take care of our lawn. It had gotten out of control! But my husband finally got a chance to mow it so we're all set!
Welcome to the Crew!
Blessings

June 21, 2010 at 5:12 PMHey Beverly!
We have only gotten about 2 lawn cuttings out of our lawn mower the past 3 summers due to it being broken or in the shop.
This spring we debated if we should even fuss with fixing the mower.....or just turn the front yard into pasture.
Fencing and sheep won the debate. Fences went up, a gate blocking my drive way went up, the goats tested the fences for us and then the sheep came (I hope to have pictures added to my website in the next week or so.)
We now have 6 goats and 5 sheep eating their fill of my excess front yard. :)
Aren't grazing animals awesome! :) Love this picture.
